Praising God through Music |
Crooks Memorial has a diverse music program that allows all to praise God through their love of music. The Crooks Chancel Choir is the backbone of the music program and participates in the 11 AM worship service and other select services. Additionally, the Men's Choir participates on a monthly basis and a Bell Choir that performs periodically throughout the year.
Annually, the choir members have the opportunity to attend a musical retreat at Lake Junaluska in North Carolina. Here every fall the choir can escape from the hustle and bustle of life and recharge their batteries in a weekend filled with fun, food, fellowship and music. |

The Crooks Memorial Chancel Choir occasionally joins with the Yorktown Chorale for joint performances. Some current and previous members of the Crooks choir are members of the Chorale.
